For the next installment in our series of "Confessions of a Product Manager," we get to talk to Bret Taylor of Quip.

As co-creator of Google Maps and the Google Maps API, Taylor is well-versed in building a product from scratch and watching it grow to great success and popularity. After leaving Google, Taylor founded Friendfeed — a company that was acquired by Facebook — served as CTO of Facebook, and currently presides as a founder of Quip.
