We recently announced the availability of our new integration with Slack. As a power user of both Wizeline and the popular messaging app, I — for one — am beyond excited.
The new integration enables real-time collaboration around product development. In Slack, users are able collaborate on feedback to identify and validate customers needs. Then, they’re able to seamlessly submit ideas and product requests to Wizeline, where product managers are able to prioritize the biggest wins for development. Outcomes include greater transparency, quicker times to market, and a features set that actually reflects your customers’ biggest needs.
We built the integration because we — like Slack — believe email is imperfect. And we think the same of spreadsheets. As product managers, we’ve been on the receiving end of a steady stream of emails, requesting features or asking for roadmap updates. And we’ve felt the pain of using Excel to maintain a backlog, market requirements, product requirements and more. Issues with versioning, transparency, traceability, credibility — we’ve endured them all.
Managing a product is hard enough on its own. Why spend a third of your day wading through emails and keeping a spreadsheet up to date? We want to give product managers their time back, so they’re free to do the things they’re great at: speaking with customers, thinking strategically, and focusing on product delivery.
So, if you’re interested in reducing your dependence on manual tools when it comes to product development process, give Wizeline and our new Slack integration a try. You can learn more on our website, or by visiting our listing on Slack’s app directory.
